Bradley Arakelian
Ministry Location: Tijuana, Mexico
Personal and Professional Background: Bradley is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary. He supports himself primarily as a Spanish interpreter in the San Diego County Court system, and Faith Promise giving helps to cover some of his travel and ministry expenses
Ministry Focus: Bradley focuses on teaching and preparing men for leadership in the local church. He was happy to ordain three deacons in Tijuana in April 2006, and is now focusing more on teaching men’s groups in Systematic Theology and Defending the Faith.
Prayer Requests: Bradley asks that we would pray for men in Tijuana to take an interest in learning theology, and that they would be willing to take the place of leadership in their churches and communities.
NCPC connection: Bradley is the Associate Pastor for Missions and has been involved in NCPC Community Groups and Men’s Bible Studies. He works primarily with Dios Con Nosotros church in Tijuana, which is a sister church of NCPC.

Dave and Darlene Eby
Ministry Location: Kampala, Uganda
Personal and Professional Background: Dave and Darlene serve in Uganda as second-career missionaries.
Ministry Focus: Dave teaches at Westminster Theological College and serves as the Director of Development for Westminster Theological Seminary . He also mentors pastors and students and preaches at churches around Kampala. Darlene is the Registrar at WTC, serves as Administrative Assistant to Emma Kiwanuka, the Dean of WTC, and teaches, counsels, and mentors women.
Prayer Requests: God’s anointing, the Spirit’s power and much fruitfulness for the above named ministries. Personal prayer life to be strong and Kingdom-focused. God’s provision of students He has prepared for the harvest to enter two new academic programs that will begin next semester, God’s provision for the development of the new campus for the College and Seminary
NCPC connection: Dave started NCPC in 1985 and was the Senior Pastor for twenty years.

Emma and Allen Kiwanuka
Ministry Location: Zana - Kampala, Uganda
Personal and Professional Background: Emma is an ordained minister, a teacher, and a graduate of Westminster Seminary - CA
Ministry Focus: God has called Emma and Allen to disciple and equip men and women for the works of ministry. He is a pastor who loves preaching and church planting. Emma is founder and dean of Westminster Theological College – Kampala.
Prayer Requests: 1. My family's education: My wife and children are all in school. 2. College expansion: We will soon need funds to build and move to a bigger campus. 3. Scholarships: For some of our students cannot afford the training.4. Leadership development: For the newly planted churches here.
NCPC connection: Emma says, “I do not have enough words to express what NCPC means to the work that I am part of in Uganda. Out successes are yours too, we share the joys and sufferings together."
