To foster close relationships among the women of our congregation, and to equip women to live out biblical principles of womanhood in all of life, the NCPC Women’s Ministry Team (WMT) leads or supports a number of activities throughout the year.
Weekly Women’s Bible Study
The women meet each Wednesday morning at 9:30am in the Church Office Conference Room. You can call the church office at 858-748-4642 for more information.
These small groups of 5-6 women meet monthly to provide more intimate opportunities for fellowship and prayer. Please talk to any member of the Women's Ministry Team if you are interested.
Women's Dessert Fellowship (TBA)
Every third Friday or Saturday of every other month someone hosts an evening of fellowship in her home. These events, open to all women and youth girls in the church, are focused on the sharing of testimonies about how God has worked in our lives.
Annual Women’s Retreat.
Mark your calendar for the annual women’s conference being held at New Life Escondido with featured speaker Courtney Doctor. The conference will focus on God’s faithfulness to Himself, His promises and His people. The conference is Fri, Oct. 4thfrom 7-9pm and Sat, Oct. 5thfrom 8:30-1:30pm. Annual Christmas Banquet
Held the first Friday in December, this church-wide banquet is one of NCPC’s most enjoyable traditions. The banquet is organized by a committee of volunteers who work with the WMT.
Annual Spring Tea
Held in March or April, this event, hosted by the WMT, provides women a more detailed look at ways they can get involved in the life of the church.
Social and Service Events
These events are held throughout the year, designed to cultivate community life and serve the world around us. Examples include game nights, craft nights, talent shows, fundraisers, clothing drives, and food distribution events. Some events are for ladies only, some for mothers and daughters, and some for the whole church family.
The WMT seeks to support those who are leading events for the young women of NCPC and develop relationships between these young women and older women in the church.
Meals, Flowers, Kitchen, and Encouragement Ministries
The WMT oversees these very important ministries in the life of NCPC.
If you are interested in joining a Bible study or discipleship group, or if you would like to support any of the activities listed above, please contact one of the team members directly or call the church office for more information at (858) 748-4642.
The Women’s Ministry Team (WMT) is a small group of women committed to helping all women at NCPC become mature disciples of Christ. We exist to provide opportunities for women to glorify and enjoy God as we worship God, live in community, and serve the world.
